RETURNS

• We try our best to carefully ship each order but we apologize in advance for any errors that may occur. We strive to make sure our clients are 100% happy & satisfied with their purchase.
• For Damaged/ Wrongly Shipped Items: If your purchase arrives damaged or you do not receive the correct item we will do our best to remedy the situation. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will send you the correct item free of charge and a return postage label for the wrongly shipped item. You can contact us within 15 days of purchase by email at [email protected] or call us at +1-780-484-2263 (weekdays between 10:00am - 5:00pm MTN). Please enclose the original invoice within the package and note detailing the reason for the return.
• Other Returns: If you change your mind and no longer need or like the item or items purchased please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Returned items have to be in a re-saleable, unused condition and the purchaser must pay the return costs for shipping. We do not accept cut chains, opened kits or broken bead strands.  We recommend insuring all returned packages, as we do not accept the responsibility for any lost or damaged merchandise. Please enclose the original invoice within the package and note detailing the reason for the return.

SHIPPING 

All of our orders will ship out in 1-3 business days. Currently, we are only shipping to addresses in Canada. Our main shipping provider is Canada Post however if you would like us to use a different provider please call us at +1-780-484-2263 (weekdays between 10:00am - 5:00pm MTN) and we will do the best to accommodate your request.

Currently, we are not shipping internationally. We are only shipping orders within Canada.

Picking-up Instore:

We also offer the possibility of picking up your order in-store. We will contact you when your order is ready to come and drop by the store.
